Compare the differences of our quality work and upgrades. We use minimal amounts of filler and fiberglass (bondo) so there will be no surface cracks after a rough ride. We strengthen our frames by re-welding, and then this soldering is done in two stages with the final stage using some lead to then filed down smooth. Our buckets are soldered and sanded smooth and again, no bondo is used. Our paint jobs are 12 layers, which shine like glass and are smooth as ice. We wire our bikes through the frame. Also, the front section of the wiring harness is removable thus front end or head lamp assembly can be disassembled and assembled easily. Duck boards are the best thing for the floor on any sidecar bucket. They allow the bucket to quickly dry out, preventing rust. The sealed battery is securely placed in the trunk of the bucket and is housed in a durable in a steel battery box.

Our chroming supplier is the best in China, bar none. The factory (Fu Hao factory) was trained by German technicians on the proper chroming process. Each part is polished in stages, starting with copper plating, then nickel plating, so that the end product is smooth and will not rust or oxidize. The parts are chemically bathed at the correct time and temperature to ensure that the chrome will withstand heat and not flake off. Check out our pictures and you can see that our chrome shines like a mirror. It gives off a bluish glow and reflects clear like a mirror.

We carefully and meticulously assemble our premium CJs, with special gloves so that no polishing gets scratched, soiled or oxidized. This special handling ensures that all chromed and painted customs do not get scratched.
